Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States. At Synergy Longevity Centers, we have developed a cardiac-focused assessment to take an in-depth look at your heart health. We use a combination of electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, coronary calcium score, and the cardiac-specific blood tests to look at your heart rhythm, structure, plaque buildup, and risk factors for heart disease. Depending on your risk factors, other testing, such as a coronary artery CTA, are available at an additional cost.
Comprehensive Testing for Heart Health
Our physicians use various modalities to evaluate a patient’s risk for heart disease. We use advanced cardiovascular laboratory testing through our partnership with Boston Heart Diagnostics, such as genotype testing and cholesterol balance screenings. The non-invasive imaging modalities we offer include the following:
- EKGs: Assess the electrical conduction of your heart and assess for areas of decreased blood flow and structural disease.
- Echocardiograms: Evaluate the heart’s structure, valves, chambers, and blood flow using ultrasound imaging.
- Coronary Calcium CT Scores: Examines the arteries that supply blood to your heart for calcifications and coronary atherosclerosis markers using a computerized scan. Each of the main arteries receives a score.
Advanced Blood Testing From Boston Heart
We have partnered with Boston Heart to provide our patients with the most advanced cardiovascular testing available. We also analyze cardiac markers such as lipoprotein-a to optimize heart health and prevent cardiac disease. We help patients with an increased risk for cardiovascular disease identify and address concerns and get the diagnosis and treatment they need to restore their health.
